WHAT ARE YOUR CARE TIPS?
Like with all jewellery, avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners. Never use chemical jewellery cleaners as these will do more harm than good.
For light cleaning, gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching.
Store it in a cool dry place.
WHAT DOES THE PACKAGING LOOK LIKE?

Orders will be sent in a protective padded envelope to prevent damage during its journey to you.
Please note the jewellery at Ramola London Jewellery is handmade. It is estimated that items will be dispatched within 1 - 7 working days from time of order. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. If you require your order within a specific time range please contact to discuss.
Royal Mail 2nd Class - Sent with no tracking code, allow 2-3 working days for shipping.
Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class - Someone must be available to sign for the package, allow 2-3 working days for shipping.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - Requires a signature upon delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
International Delivery - US, Canada, Australia
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed - Delivery is estimated from date of dispatch at 5 - 9 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been completed and dispatched. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import charges that may apply.
Ramola London Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any postal delays or damages once your order has been dispatched.
WHAT IS RLJ'S RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund please contact Ramola London Jewellery within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund and exchange policy due to hygiene reasons. Bespoke and made-to-measure items are also excluded from the refund and exchange policy unless they are faulty. Refer to your product check note to ensure this has been signed off.
Ramola London Jewellery does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs.
